SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We do try to post the parcel the same day after payment so you will receive your order the next working day. We do use third parties (DHL, DPD and PostNL) for our shipping so we have no control over unexpected delays.
In case you are not happy with our delivery, please let us know within 14 days after receiving our parcel. Please email us the reason to and tell us if you like a full refund or new order.
